a physiotherapist who owns and manages a health business. Join me in my quest to live as healthy, happy and clean as I can while navigating the joys (and pains) of being a business owner and a wife.

About Me

Michelle

I have practiced as a physiotherapist for a decade now in Australia, with a special interest in Pilates: mat, reformer, Wunda chair and Trapeze table, having completed my training with Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in 2022. Losing my dad to Cancer in 2023 changed me in a lot of ways, but the major thing it made me was to redefine food – namely, ultra processed foods, which have been known to cause the big C word… Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE anything chocolate, literally would devour a whole family block in one sitting but I want to try to limit risk factors so I can keep living my best life for my loved ones. Join me in my quest to find healthier, delicious alternatives and exercise with me. I love simple, quick exercises and Pilates definitely helped me become a healthier, stronger version despite my very busy schedule. I now commit to at least 30 minutes of Pilates, 5 days a week.
